摘要
运动与交感-肾上腺系统的问题是运动生理学最基本的问题之一。交感-肾上腺系统参与了运动中几乎所有的生理生化过程,是运动性应激(stress)和运动性应急(emergence)反应,特别是运动性应急反应中生理激活、生理资源配置及代谢改变的物质基础和基本原因。交感-肾上腺系统对运动应激的反应有直接、快速、敏感和广泛等特点。运动对交感-肾上腺系统的激活与运动的强度、时间及运动模式等训练学因素有关,并且与运动者年龄、性别、适应水平等个体因素有关。
The relationship between exercise and sympathetic-adrenal-system(SAS) is the most basic issue in sports physiology although it is not a new one today.The responses of SAS to physical activity are active,rapid,and responsible.It affects widely on human physiological functions,and is employed to illuminate a great deal of hypothesis in sports physiology.The active leveles of SAS in exercise emergence are decided by intensity,duration,and type of the activity,and they are also related with the individual factors including age,gender,and condition of the performers themselves.
