摘要
在当前全球化、客户化导向的快速多变的市场环境中,供应链敏捷、快速的响应能力成为市场竞争力的重要体现。本文把供应链响应时间视为一种重要的可分配资源,力求在供应链节点企业间及节点企业内生产时间和物流时间的合理分配上提供一个有效的协同计划工具。在建立供应链整体与局部节点企业计划协同机制的基础上,对供应链响应时间进行了优化建模研究,并提出相应算法,最后用实际调研的数据作为一个算例对模型进行了数值演算和验证。
In the uncertainty environment of globalization and customization, agile responding capacity is the important aspect of competitive advantage of supply chain. The paper treats the response time of supply chain as an assignable resource, and provides an effective approach of coordinated planning, to assign production time and logistic time rationally between the node enterprises of supply chain. On the base of the coordinated mechanism of supply chain planning, considering the core enterprise as a collaborate center and the benefit of node enterprises, we use bilevel programming approach to modeling the multistage response time. Finally, the model is tested and verified by analysing a practical case.
