摘要
在传统集对分析的基础上,分析具有元素权重的集对的同异反特性变化规律,建立基于马尔可夫链的集对分析的动态模型,并将其应用于人力资源动态绩效的评价与预测,取得很好的效果。
On the basis of traditional set-pair analysis, the dynamic transition rules of homology, difference and opposition properties with element weights are introduced so as to establish the dynamic model of set-pair analysis based on Markov chain. It is applied to dynamic performance evaluation in predicting of human resource and shows better results.
