摘要
通过对逆变电阻点焊设备的现状分析,介绍了软开关逆变点焊的控制系统,讨论了主控系统、反馈系统的工作原理,并具体设计、实现了单片机对移相芯片UC3879的高精度控制,电流反馈的控制等。
In this paper,through by analyzing actuality of invert spo t welding,the control system of soft-switch invert spot welding is introduced.I t discusses theory of main control system and feedback system,designs and accom plishes the phase-shifted chip UC3879controlled high precision by microproc essor and current feedback control so on.
