摘要
结合医用防护口罩实际使用工况 ,设计了两种针对环境气溶胶过滤性能的测试方法与装置。采集部分常用的防护口罩 ,分别采用TSI CERTITEST Models 813 0型自动过滤测试仪及本文研发的测试装置 DHU- 平板型口罩性能测试台和 DHU - 实况型口罩性能测试台进行测试。对结果进行对比分析发现 ,DHU- 平板型口罩性能测试台和 813 0型自动过滤测试仪测定结果比较接近 ,能够反映出防护口罩在环境大气中使用的情况 ;而 DHU - 实况型口罩性能测试台相对前两者而言 ,在吸气阻力基本不变的情况下 ,测得过滤效率降低近 40 % 。
The present paper is focused on the study of the filtration performance of the protective masks for the ambient aerosols with their size distribution of PM_(10), PM_(2.5) and PM_(1.0) respectively.The whole study has been carried out under the air inhalation volume and filtration velocity, inhalation resistance and filtration efficiency with the whole measurement done with high-precision instruments. All the testing results show that the DHU-I Flat model mask testing system enjoys the similar performance for TSI 8130. To finish the testing practice ideally, the present author has developed two testing devices: DHU-ⅠFlat model mask testing system and that of DHU-Ⅱ, to test the performances of the protective masks for medical purpose. All the measuring results show that the former has the similar performance with TSI 8130. However, with nearly the same inhalation resistance, the filtering efficiency of the masks given by DHU-Ⅱ can only be about 60% as efficient as by DHU-Ⅰ. Thus, it can be concluded that both DHU-ⅠFlat model and DHU-Ⅱ Real condition model can be used to simulate the use of masks in ambient air under real conditions, though DHU-Ⅱ's real condition model mask testing system proves to be better than DHU-Ⅰ in a nearly real condition.
