采用气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)联用仪,开发出了测定汽油中元素硫含量的新方法。样品用量为1μl,直接进样,完成一个样品分析只需16min。与现有的其它元素硫分析方法相比,该方法更简便、快速、灵敏,且无干扰。该方法选择的分析条件线性范围宽,为0.01~100mg/l,工作曲线线性相关系数大于0.9995,最小检测量为9.55×10-12g,相对标准偏差<5.00%,回收率为93.01%~106.21%;该方法样品用量少,特别适用于研究受样品量限制的分析。此方法已应用于九江炼油厂的直馏汽油、催化裂化汽油、催化重整汽油等的元素硫含量分析,效果很好。
A new analytical method for determination of elemental sulfur (S0) in naphtha and gasoline using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) was developed. One microliter of sample oil was directly injected into and analyzed by GC/MS. In comparison with the existing method for the determination of S0 in naphtha and gasoline, this technique was found to be much simpler, faster, more sensitive and interference free. Good correlation coefficients (>0.9995) for the S0 calibration curves were obtained in the concentration range of 0.01-100 mg/l by using appropriate GC/MS parameters. The absolute limit of detection of this method was 9.55×1012 g , the precision was less than 5.00%, and the range of recovery rate was 93.01%-106.21%. This technique needs very little sample to perform an analysis, which is an important factor for restricted sample size. The method was used successfully in the determination of S0 in naphtha and gasoline samples collected in Jiujiang Refinery, and it is expected to have prospective applications.
