摘要
在温度240-280℃、压力5.0 MPa的反应条件下,考察了浆态床反应器中甲醇脱水催化剂和甲醇合成催化剂的稳定性。研究发现,甲醇合成催化剂稳定性对二甲醚复合催化剂有较大的影响。实验结果表明,在200 h的稳定性实验中,甲醇脱水催化剂改性γ-Al2O3稳定性较好,而甲醇合成催化剂CuZnAl(O)失活较快。复合催化剂的失活主要是由于甲醇合成催化剂的失活造成的。
<abstract>ability of methanol dehydration and methanol synthesis hybrid catalyst in slurry bed was investigated under reaction conditions of 240-280 ℃ and 5.0 MPa. Stability of hybrid catalyst was mainly controlled by methanol synthesis catalyst. Activity of methanol dehydration catalyst was stable but methanol synthesis catalyst lost its activity relatively fast during 200 h on stream. Therefore,deactivation of hybrid catalyst was mainly caused by the deactivation of the methanol synthesis catalyst.
