非小细胞肺癌组织基质溶解素的表达与微血管密度的关系 被引量:7

The relation between expression of matrilysin and microvessel density in non-small cell lung cancer

摘要 目的 研究基质溶解素 (matrilysin ,MMP 7)与CD34在非小细胞肺癌 (non smallcelllungcancer ,NSCLC)中的表达及其与病理分级的关系。方法 免疫组化法检测 7例正常组织和 5 7例NSCLC手术标本中MMP 7与CD34蛋白的表达水平 ,比较二者的相互关系。结果 随着NSCLC恶性程度的升高 ,MMP 7的表达水平相应增高 ,正常肺组织、高 中分化癌和低分化癌的阳性表达率分别为 1 4 .3%、78.2 %、85 .3% ,正常肺组织和高 中分化癌 ,正常肺组织和低分化癌之间有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,高 中分化癌和低分化癌之间有差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;微血管密度 (microvesseldensity ,MVD)在正常肺组织中的计数为 1 5 .1 ,NSCLC组织中的平均计数为 4 5 .8,且随肺癌恶性程度的升高而增加 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;在MVD≤ 4 5 .8的NSCLC组中 ,MMP 7的高阳性表达率为 37.5 % ,在MVD >4 5 .8NSCLC组中 ,MMP 7的高阳性表达率为 6 6 .7% ,MMP 7的表达与MVD呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 MMP Objective To study the relation of expression and pathological grade between matrilysin(MMP 7) and CD34 in NSCLC.Methods Seven normal lung tissue and 57 NSCCLC sample were examined for MMP 7 and CD34 using S P immunohistochemical assay.Results The positive rate of MMP 7 in 7 normal lung tissue was 14.3%,in well moderately differentiated NLCSC was 73.9%,and in poorly differentiated NLCSC was 85.3%.there was a significantly differentiation between normal lung tissue and well moderately differentiated NLCSC,normal lung tissue and poorly differentiated NLCSC( P <0.01),there was a differentiation between well moderately differentiated NLCSC and poorly differentiated NLCSC;( P <0.05);microvessel density(MVD) was (15.1±4.5) in normal lung tissue,the average MVD in NLCSC was 45.8.There was a significantly differentiation on MVD among the normal lung tissue,well moderately,and poorly differentiated NLCSC( P <0.01) accompanying with the increase of malignant degree of NSCLC,the expression of MVD was added.MMP 7(++~+++) was 37.5% in the group of MVD≤45.6,and 66.7 % in the group of MVD>45.8,there was a positive correlation between MMP 7 and the MVD( P <0.01).Conclusion To some extent,the expression of MMP 7 and the count of MVD is important to judge malignant translation and pathological classification of NSCLC.
