摘要
目的 研究胃癌转化生长因子β1 (TGF β1 )表达和意义。 方法 运用免疫组化S P法检测 5 0例胃癌、1 0例正常胃黏膜TGF β1、Ki 6 7、血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)表达及微血管密度 (MVD)。 结果 胃癌TGF β1与Ki 6 7表达较正常胃黏膜明显增强。TGF β1表达与胃癌分化程度、淋巴结转移和浸润深度显著相关。胃癌TGF β1表达与Ki 6 7表达、VEGF表达显著相关 ,与MVD无直接关系。结论 TGF β1过表达胃癌细胞除增殖活性增强外 。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of transforming growth factor β1(TFG β1) in gastric carcinoma (GC).Methods The expression of TGF β1,Ki 67,vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvessel density (MVD) in 50 patients with GC and 10 normal gastric mucosa were examined by immunohistochemistry.Results Compared with the normal gastric mucosa,the expression of TGF β1 and Ki 67 in GC was higher.TGF β1 expression was associated with histological differentiation,lymphatic metastasis and depth of invasion.TGF β1 expression is closely associated with Ki 67 expression and VEGF expression other than MVD.Conclusion Increased expression of TGF β1 has increased cellular proliferation activity in GC.TGF β1 stimulates GC cells infiltration and metastasis.
