摘要
液相法制备高密度球形Ni(OH)2存在着生产周期长、浪费大、对环境造成污染等问题。介绍了一种在工业化生产中用固相法制备高密度球形Ni(OH)2的生产方法,也就是说,反应物和添加剂都是固体,化学合成也是在固态中进行。结果表明:与液相法制备高密度球形Ni(OH)2相比,用固相法制备可使生产周期缩短到7 h左右,生产成本与投资都减少了很多,而且对环境不构成污染,不过也存在着工艺参数很难控制的问题,而且用固相法制备的高密度球形Ni(OH)2的放电比容量及循环寿命都低于液相法制备的高密度球形Ni(OH)2。
It is trouble that the cycle of production is long and the waste is big and pollution is produced by using liquid state reaction. The method that makes the high density spherical Ni(OH)2 in industrialization production by using solid state reaction method was introduced. Results show that the cycle of production is reduced to approximately 7 h and the cost of production and investment is lower, otherwise there was no environment pollution by using solid state reaction method, but how to control some technology parameter is still a difficult problem.
