摘要
阐述了SINUMERIK802S数控系统和其相关的设备与部件在铣床技术改造中应用的具体设计思想和实现的方法。介绍了SINUMERIK802S数控系统对步进驱动系统控制所实现的宽的调速范围,高的稳定精度,快的动态响应以及在四象限内运动等良好的技术特性;描述了该机床CNC控制的结构特点。
In the paper, the numerical control system named SINUMERIK 802S and it's correlative components is presented, and the detailed design and practical method for the reconstruction of milling machine is also explained. the application of SINUMERIK 802s shows that it can improve control performance of stepper driving system, for example timing bound, stability precision dynamic response ,movement in all the quadrant and so on. at the same time, the configuration of the machine tool controlled by CNC is describe.
