摘要
目的 考查人参方及党参方生脉饮的质量情况。方法 用 TL C法对方中的人参、党参、五味子、麦冬可以用 TL C法鉴别。结果 人参、党参、五味子、麦冬 (人参方 )、麦冬 (党参方 )的合格率分别为 91%、86 %、4 1%、10 0 %和 76 %。结论 质量标准能够控制到的项目 ,合格率就高 ,控制不到的项目 。
Objective To investigate the quality control of Shengmai Oral Liquid for Renshen priscription and Dangshen priscription.Methods Radix Ginseng, Radix Codonopsis, Fructus Schisandrae and Radix Ophiopogonis were identified by TLC.Results Radix Ginseng, Radix Codonopsis, Fructus Schisandrae and Radix Ophiopogonis could be identified.Conclusion The qualifying rate of the preparation, if under quality control, is high; otherwise it is low.
