摘要
目的 :建立葛根素注射液中葛根素的HPLC含量测定方法。方法 :用Nova pakC18柱 ,流动相为甲醇 水 (2 5∶75 ) ,在2 5 0nm波长处检测。结果 :线性范围为 10～ 10 0 μg·ml-1,葛根素的加样回收率为 98.18% ,RSD为 1.75 % (n =5 )。结论 :方法简便快速 ,精密度和稳定性良好 ,适合于葛根素注射液的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of puerarin in puerarin injection.Method: Nova-pak C 18 column was used, the mobile phase was methanol-water (25∶75), the detecting wavelength was at 250 nm.Result: The linear range was within 10-100 μg·ml -1 . The average recovery rate was 98.18% (RSD= 1.75% , n=5).Conclusion: This HPLC method can be used for quality control of puerarin injection.
