摘要
叙述了国产3824中油型加氢裂化催化剂在茂名80万 t/a 高压加氢裂化装置上的应用,两年多的工业运转证实,该催化剂活性、选择性、稳定性、氧耗及能耗等方面均已全面达到国外同类催化剂的水平,预计第一周期可运转三年后方进行再生,比原设计使用效果好。该催化剂尚可用于中压加氢裂化和缓和加氢裂化。1988年起已用于荆门25万 t/a 中压加氢裂化装置并取得成功.
The paper described middistillate type 3824 hydrocracking catalyst which has been commercially applied to a 800 000t/a high pressure hydrocracking unit in Maoming for more than two years.The operating results show that the catalyst has better activity,selecti- vity and stability than that of same type imported catalyst,and lower hydrogen and energy consumption.The unit can run more than three years before the first regeneration of the catalyst.The performance of the catalyst is better than that of original design.Catalyst 3824 is also useful in mid-pressure hydrocracking(MPHC)and mild hydrocracking(MHC)units.It has been used successfully in a 250000t/a MPHCU in Jinmen since 1988.
