脑血管反应性可用于评价脑循环储备能力 ,而脑循环储备能力的减退可增加卒中的危险性。应用经颅多普勒检测平静呼吸和屏气末时大脑中动脉的平均血流速度 。
Cerebrovascular reactivity can be used to assess the cerebral circulation reserve. The decrease of cerebral circulation reserve may increase the risk of stroke. Detecting the mean blood flow velocity in the middle cerebral artery during the eupnea and the end of breathholding with transcranial Doppler can evaluate the relationship between brain infarction and cerebrovascular reactivity according to the different vasomotor reaction.
