摘要
用挤出 -拉伸 -注塑法制备了不含和含马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯 (PE MAH)的PE HD/PA66原位复合 (ISC)材料 ,以不拉伸的普通共混材料作对照 ,研究了PA66质量份数 ( fw)和引入PE MAH (用量为 0 .2 fw)对材料相形态、拉伸强度 (σt)及模量 (E)的影响及其作用机理 ,证明这种ISC材料能取得可观的增强效果 :fw=15 %条件下 ,不增容和增容材料的σt分别比纯PE HD提高 45 %和 5 0 % ,E提高 40 %和 2 5 % ,而相应增容普通共混材料的σt 和E仅比纯PE HD提高不到 2 0 %和 3 0 %。
The PE-HD/PA66 in-situ composites with and without PE-MAH were prepared by extrusion-drawing-injection method. The influences of PA66 weight fraction (f w) and use of PE-MAH (its content was 0.2 f w) on phase morphology, tensile strength (σ t) and Young's modulus(E) of the in-situ composites, together with their reinforcement mechanisms were studied. When f w=15 %, the σ t of the non-compatibilized and compatibilized materials were 45 % and 50 % higher, and the E were 40 % and 25 % higher than those of pure PE-HD, respectively. In contrast, the σ t and E of the compatibilized materials via conventional blending method were only by less than 20 % and 30 % to those of pure PE-HD, respectively.
