摘要
目的 :观察养血调脉汤治疗缓慢性心律失常的疗效。方法 :选符合纳入标准的缓慢性心律失常患者 2 14例 ,随机分为两组。治疗组 12 4例予养血调脉汤 ,对照组 90例口服心宝。 3个月为 1疗程。结果 :治疗组显效 4 3例 ,有效 5 2例 ,无效 2 9例 ,总有效率为 76 .6 % (95 % CI=6 9.1%～ 84 .1% ) ;对照组显效 13例 ,有效 30例 ,无效 4 7例 ,总有效率为 4 7.8% (95 % CI=37.5 %～ 5 8.1% ) ;两组综合疗效比较 ,差异非常显著 (u =4 .2 95 2 ,P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :养血调脉汤治疗缓慢性心律失常疗效优于心宝 ,其收益为 OR=0 .2 8(95 % CI=0 .16～ 0 .5 0 ) ;NNT=3(95 % CI=2 .39～ 6 .31)。
Objective:To observe the effect of Yangxue Tiaomai Decoction (YTD) in treating slowing arrhythmia.Method:214 patients with slowing arrhythmia were randomly divided into the treatment group(124 cases) treated with YTD and the control group(90 cases) treated with Xinbao. The therapeutic course was 3 months.Results:In the treatment group,43 cases significantly effective,52 cases effective,29 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 76.6%(95%CI=69.1%～84.1%).In the control group,13 cases significantly effective,30 cases effective,47 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 47.8%(95%CI=37.5%～58.1%).The difference in the total therapeutic effect between the two groups was notable (u=4.2952,P<0.001). Conclusion: YTD had better effect than Xinbao in treating slowing arrhythmia.OR=0.28(95%CI=0.16～0.50),NNT=3(95%CI=2.39～6.31).
