胸背向过载导致猴心肌组织病理学的变化 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察空航天高过载对猴心脏组织病理学的影响。方法健康成年雄性恒河猴9只,随机分4组,对照组承受+1 Gx/300 s的重力作用;实验1、2、3组分别承受+15 Gx/200 s、+18 Gx/165 s和+21 Gx/140 s的超重作用,采用组织病理学方法,观察高过载引起猴心肌细胞的变化。结果实验组心肌纤维扭曲、断裂,心肌细胞出现不同程度的肿胀、空泡变性,排列紊乱,心肌间质血管充血,灶性出血,嗜伊红染色减弱,心肌组织损伤程度呈现出较明显的G值量-效关系。结论+15 Gx/200 s以上的超重作用可引起猴心肌细胞明显的病理性损伤效应。 Objective To observe the histopathological changes of cardiac muscles caused by +Gx loads in Rhesus macaque. Method Nine male Rhesus macaques were randomly divided into four groups: control group was exposed to +1 Gx/300 s(2 animals), and experimental groups 1, 2 and 3 were exposed to +15 GX/200 s(2 animals), +18 Gx/165 s(2 animals) and +21 Gx/140 s(3 animals) respectively. Cardiac muscle tissue samples were fixed with 10% buffered formaldehyde and embedded in paraffin, and histopathological changes were observed under light microscope. Result In the experimental groups, distortion and disruption of cardiac muscle fibers were found with disarrangements in some areas of the heart, and cellular swelling, vacuole degeneration were also noted with decreased intensity of eosinophilic staining in the cytoplasm of the cardiac muscle fibers. There were vascular congestion and dot hemorrhages in the interstitial tissues. There was a significant correlation of the degree of myocardial cell damages with the level of +Gx load. No obvious pathological change was observed in the control group. Conclusion Hypergravity ( > +15 Gx/200 s) can induce significant damages to the cardiac muscles in monkeys.
