摘要
依据亚硝酸盐对动物的毒理学试验资料和我国饲料中亚硝酸盐的实际含量 ,并参考国外的有关标准 ,研究和提出了饲料中亚硝酸盐的允许量标准 (以NaNO2 计 )为 :鸡、鸭、猪配合饲料15mg/kg ;鸡、鸭、猪浓缩饲料 2 0mg/kg ;牛精料补充料 2 0mg/kg;玉米 10mg/kg ;饼粕类、麦麸、次粉、米糠 2 0mg/kg ;草粉 2 5mg/kg ;鱼粉、肉粉、肉骨粉 30mg/kg。
According to the toxicological data of the nitrite in animals and the actual concentration of the nitrite in the feed manufactured in China, referring to the related foreign standard, this research reported hereinafter suggests that the allowable contents in the following feeds and/or feedstuffs should be: ≤15 mg/kg in the complete feed for chickens, ducks and pigs; ≤20 mg/kg in the concentrate feed for chickens, ducks and pigs; ≤20 mg/kg in concentrate supplement; ≤10 mg/kg in corn; ≤20 mg/kg in oil meal and cakes, wheat bran, wheat middlings and red dogs as well as rice bran; ≤25 mg/kg in grass meal; ≤30 mg/kg in fish meal, meat meal and tankage.
