摘要
采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定山葡萄酒中白藜芦醇的含量,发现不同品种的山葡萄酒白藜芦醇的含量不同,陈酿期间白藜芦醇的含量下降,山葡萄酒中白藜芦醇的含量高于普通葡萄酒中的含量。
High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was applied to measure resveratrol content in wild grape wine.It was found that resveratrol contents varied in different wild grape wine,resveratrol content declined during wine brewing,and resveratrol content in wild grape wine was higher than that in normal grape wine.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
