摘要
用单向拉伸试验、红外光谱分析、化学分析等实验方法对BF_3及其衍生物在Al/HTPB模拟推进剂中的作用进行了研究。试验结果表明,BF_3及其衍生物加入后显著影响其力学性能,其原因是,BF_3及其衍生物在Al存在下,与HTPB发生凝胶化反应,这导致模拟推进剂凝胶含量、交联密度上升。由此可见,BF_3在推进剂中的作用,不仅仅是MAPO开环聚合的一种催化剂,而且是丁羟粘合剂基体的一种网络调节剂。
The behaving of BF_3 and its derivatives in the model propellant Al/HTPB/IPDI system has been investigated utilizing the means of tensile test,infrared absorption spectrum and chemical analysis,etc.The experiments show that the reason why BF_3 and its derivatives added to affect the mechanical properties of the composite so effectively is that,in the presence of Al,they may react with the hydroxy groups of the HTPB prepolmer,then that leads to be gelling and to increase the crosslinking density of the composite.Thus in the propellant system,BF_3 and its derivatives are not only catalysts to Ring-Opening polymerization of the aziridines but also modifiers in the network struc- ture of HTPB matrix.
