摘要
目的 观察桃核承气汤对小鼠体液免疫、细胞免疫及细胞因子产生的影响。方法 将昆明小鼠随机分为5组 :正常对照组 ,免疫功能低下组 ,免疫功能低下 +小剂量桃核承气汤组 ,免疫功能低下 +大剂量桃核承气汤组和免疫功能低下 +黄芪组 (阳性药组 )。用药后杀鼠 ,以流式细胞仪检测末梢血T细胞亚群 ;以 5 0 %溶血法检测各组小鼠血清溶血素水平 ;以ELISA双抗体夹心法检测血清IFN γ、IL 4水平。结果 灌服小剂量桃核承气汤组及大剂量桃核承气汤组小鼠与免疫功能低下组比较 ,其末梢血L3 T4+ 细胞 (相当人的CD4 + T淋巴细胞 )明显升高 ,血清溶血素水平、IFN γ水平均明显升高。结论 桃核承气汤能增强免疫功能低下鼠体液免疫及细胞免疫功能 ,并能增强细胞因子IFN
Objective To observe the affection of TAO HE CHENG QI TANG to humoral immunity,cell mediated immunity and cytokine production of mouse.Methods The Kun Ming mice were divided to five groups:healthy control,immunosuppressive group,immunosuppressive + small dosage of TAO HE CHENG QI TANG group(small dosage group),immunosuppressive + large dosage of TAO HE CHENG QI TANG(large dosage group) and immunosuppressive + Astragalus(positive control).Then the mice were sacrificed to detect the subpopulation of T cells of PBLC by FACS,and the levels of serum hemolysin in different groups by 50% hemagglutination,and the levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 by ELISA.Results The numbers of L 3T 4 + T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of small dosage group and large dosage group were significantly higher than that of immunosuppressive group,respectively.The levels of serum hemolysin and IFN-γ of small dosage group and large dosage group were higher than that of the immunosuppressive group,respectively.Conclusion TAO HE CHENG QI TANG can enhance the humoral and cell mediated immunity of immunosuppressive mice,and can increase the production of IFN-γ.
