目的 探讨CD4 + 淋巴细胞在抗原诱导下的黏膜免疫应答中的作用。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法及光镜观察成年大鼠肠道各段IEL与LPL的形态和分布特征。结果 CD4 + T细胞在IEL与LPL中均沿十二指肠、空肠、回肠、结肠递增 ;LPL以CD4 + T细胞为主。结论 CD4 +
Objective To find out the action of CD4 + lymphocytes in mucous immune responses under antigen inducement.Methods Used immunohistochemistry methods and electron microscope to observe the shape and the distribution of IEL and LPL which come from the mature rat.Results CD4 + IEL and LPL increased along the duodenum,jejunum,ileum and sigmoid flexure;the majority of LPL was CD4 +T cell.Conclusion The differences of CD4 + T cells' distribution are obvious among every state of intestine.
