摘要
分析了油井管在制造厂加工装配及油田现场使用过程中螺纹发生粘扣现象的各种原因,并将粘扣分为结构型、匹配型、亲和型、性能型和操作型共5类,针对性地提出了防止和减少(减轻)粘扣的技术措施。
Different causes for thread sticking of oil well tubes encountered during processing/assembling at the plant or at the oil field working site. Five major thread-sticking types are summarized, i.e., structural type, mating type, engagement type, performance type and operation type, based on which, different technical measures are proposed to prevent or reduce the said trouble.
