摘要
选用 8个茄子母本材料和 8个茄子父本材料以不完全双列杂交方式共获得杂交组合 6 4个 ,对茄子早期产量和总产量的配合力进行了分析。结果表明 ,前期产量、总产量受基因加性效应和非加性效应共同控制 ;E95 0 8×E9312和E95 0 8×E9318早期产量和总产量的杂种优势最为明显 ,是两个较有利用前景的杂交组合。
A total of 64 hybrid combinations were got through incomplete diallel cross between 8 female parents and 8 male parents of eggplant, and their combining abilities for traits of early yield and total yield were analyzed. The results showed that the early yield and total yield were controlled by both additive and non-additive gene effects. E9508×E9312 and E9508×E9318 could have a good developmental prospect in culture because their heterosis in early yield and total yield is quite evident.
