摘要 [目的 ]比较口服琼脂加蓝光治疗和单纯蓝光治疗降低新生儿血清胆红素水平的效果。 [方法 ]将14 8例新生儿黄疸分成观察组和对照组 ,观察组采用口服琼脂加蓝光治疗 ;对照组采用常规蓝光治疗。比较两组患儿总胆红素 (TBIL)、直接胆红素 (DBIL )、间接胆红素(IBIL)水平的变化。 [结果 ]观察组治疗后血清TBIL、IBIL下降幅度大于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。但DBIL下降幅度差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。观察组患儿不同浓度血清胆红素水平下降幅度不同 ,水平越高下降幅度越大。 [结论 ]口服琼脂加蓝光治疗降低新生儿血清胆红素水平效果优于单纯蓝光治疗法 ,具有安全、经济、方便的优点。 Objective: to compare the therapeutic effects of orally taking agar combined with photo-therapy and simply photo-therapy in lowering the serum bilirubin concentration of neonates. Method: a total of 148 cases neonatal jaundice were divided into test and control groups randomly. Newborns of test group were treated via orally taking agar combined with photo-therapy. Newborns of control group were just got photo-therapy as routinely. Changes of serum total bilirubin (TBIL), direct bilirubin (DBIL), and indirect bilirubin (IBIL) concentrations of all newborns were determined. Results: after treatment, the decrease of both serum TBIL and IBIL in newborns of test group were more remarkable than that in newborns of control group. There were statistical significant differences between the two groups (P<0.01). However, in terms of the decrease of serum DBIL, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: orally taking agar combined with photo-therapy to lower the serum bilirubin concentration of neonates is superior to that simply treated with photo-therapy. It is safe, economical, convenient, and effective.
