中压电缆绝缘料的水树老化研究 被引量:18

摘要 近年来,随着中国电力企业对长寿命、高可靠性电力电缆关注的增加,武汉高压研究所和陶氏化学公司(TheDowChemicalCompany)一道,共同开展了一项针对于中国电缆结构的中压电缆老化试验研究项目,就使用抗水树绝缘料对电缆性能的提升进行评估。经过6个月的加速水树老化试验,已经可以明显地看出,在使用抗水树绝缘料和普通半导电屏蔽料后,电缆的性能得到了显著的提升。同时,为了建立和确保中压电缆期望的性能指标,该项目中使用的试验方案还可以作为一种在中国国内使用的鉴定试验方案。 In recent years, as electric power enterprises in China pay more attention to the long life and high reliability of power cable, Wuhan High Voltage Research Institute together with The Dow Chemical Company have developed the research project of ageing tests of medium voltage cable aiming at the cable structure in China, which evaluates the improvements of cable performances using TR-XLPE. Through the acceleration TR-XLPE ageing tests of 6 months, it is seen obviously that the performances of cable have gotten notable promotion after using TR-XLPE insulation material and ordinary semi-conductive shielded material. At the same time, to establish and ensure the expectative performance index of medium voltage cable, the test scheme in this project can be a kind of appraisal test scheme in domestic use in China.
