摘要 目的 探讨问题解决型模式在护理本科生内科护理临床教学中应用的可行性。方法 将86名护理本科生随机分为对照组(42人)和施教组(44人)。均在整体护理模式病房实习,对照组采用传统的“一对一”跟班教学模式;施教组采用问题解决型教学模式。实习结束(12周)后比较两组理论、操作考核成绩及书写护理诊断正确率和护理措施符合率。结果 上述各项指标施教组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 问题解决型模式在护理本科生内科护理临床教学中是一种可行的教学模式。 Objective To explore the feasibility of the application of the problem-solving model to clinical teaching of undergraduate nursing students on nursing care of internal medicine. Methods Eighty-six undergraduate nursing students were randomly divided into control group (n = 42) and teaching group (n = 44). In the control group, the undergraduate nursing students were trained by means of the traditional clinical teaching method. In the teaching group, the undergraduate nursing students were educated according to the application of the problem-solving model. And the results of testing their theoretic knowledge, manipulation skills and the performance of holistic nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results All the observed and evaluated items' results in the teaching group were better than those in the control group. The differences between the two groups were significant (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Conclusion The problem-solving model is a feasible clinical teaching method and worthy of generalizing to the undergraduate nursing students.
