摘要
用不同浓度生长促进剂DA-6和生长抑制剂TKE喷施羊草幼苗,研究了2种生长调节剂对羊草幼苗的生长及生理调节作用。结果表明:10mg L和20mg LDA-6可显著促进羊草幼苗的生长,并使植物体内叶绿素含量增加;低浓度生长抑制剂TKE(10,20mg L)处理使羊草幼苗茎短、叶宽、矮壮、抗倒伏,但高浓度生长抑制剂会对羊草幼苗生长过度抑制。
Spraying Leymus chinensis seedlings with different concentrations of growth promoter DA-6 and growth inhibitor TKE , the regulation in growth and physiology of the two kinds of growth regulators was analyzed. The results indicated that concentrations of 10 mg/L DA-6 and 20 mg/L DA-6 obviously promoted growth of Leymus chinensis seedlings,and increased the chlorophyll content of plant. Treated with lower concentration ((10,20 mg/L))growth inhibitor TKE, Leymus chinensis seedling stem was made shorter and its leaf wider.The plant became shorter and strongly resisted lodging. Higher concentration of growth inhibitor inhibited excessively growth of Leymus chinensis seedlings.
