一种基于视觉感知的视频质量客观评价方法 被引量:2

A Method for Objective Video Quality Assessment Based on Human Perception

摘要 结合人眼视觉系统特性,讨论了视频的空域、时域信息以及由之产生的3个度量参数,提出了一种基于人眼视觉特性的客观视频质量的评价方法。实验结果表明,该方法能有效地反映人眼视觉机制,合理评价视频质量,在视频信号处理和图像压缩领域有着广泛应用前景。 This paper firstly discusses spatial and temporal information and three derivative measurement parameters based on human visual system. Then we present a method for objective video quality assessment. Experiment results show that this proposed method could effectively evaluate the objective video quality, which could be a very useful tool in the domain of video signal processing and image compression.
