摘要
本文着重阐述了质子探针无标样定量分析流体包裹体的方法原理、技术要点和分析时注意的问题。作者对我国斑岩铜矿石英中的流体包裹体进行了分析,还就国内外质子探针分析流体包裹体的现状进行了评述和展望。
The composition of fluid inclusions in natural mineral provide a valuable source of information from which the conditions of formation of rock systems can be interpreted. The high penetration of the protons makes the proton microprobe an ideal tool for nondestructive elemental analysis of individual fluid inclusion inside the crystals. This paper introduces the general theory and method on standardless quantitative analysis the composition of fluid inclusions with proton microprobe.Results of quanlitative chemical analysis of fluid inclusions in quartz are presented.The prespect of application of proton microprobe for fluid inclusions analysis are outlined.
