摘要
本文阐述了吸光度比值K系数法的基本原理及实验方法。试用本法测定撒痛风注射液的含量。样品可不经分离,直接测定三个波长处的吸光度,便能同时求出水杨酸钠,咖啡因和安替比林的含量,其平均回收率及变异系数分别为100.9%,0.41%;99.94%,0.38%;99.47%.0.31%。本法操作简单,计算方便,为不经分离直接测定相互干扰的多组分体系分析,提供了可行的途径。
A new method to determine mixed three components system by absorbance ratio K-factor spectrophotometry has been reported here and the basic principle and experimental technique of this method has been summarized. It was applied to assay the contents of sodium salicylate (s). caffeine (c) and antipyrine (a) contained in satongfeng injection. When the absorption values were determined at 3 wavelengthes, the contents of these three components could be analyzed without any prilminary chemical separation. The average recoveries and relative standard deviation were 100.9% and 0.4% for (s). 99.94% and 0.38% for (c), 99.47% (99.48)% and 0.31% for (a), respeetively. This method is simple, rapid and better than that of tradition. It may provide a new approach to determine the concentrations from overlapped spectral data without pretreatment.
