痕量钼的在线离子交换预浓缩流动注射-电感耦合等离子体光谱测定

摘要 本文采用双柱在线离子交换预浓缩FIA-ICP系统,建立了水及土壤浸出液中痕量钼的测定方法。用内装Dowexl(Cl^(-1)型)阴离子交换树脂微型柱吸附待测元素,然后用洗脱剂(1.9mol/L氯化铵-0.4mol/L柠檬酸铵混合液)洗脱。在采样频率为12样/小时的速度下,浓缩倍数可达50倍。样品(自来水)回收率为90~110%;在O.2μg/ml水平时,变异系数为5.3%(n=11)。 Trace amounts of molybdenum in water and soil extract samples were determined using a dual column on-line ion-exchange preconcentration FIA-ICP system. The micro ion exchange columns packed with Dowexl resin (Cl^(-1) form) were used to sorb the analyte and subsequently eluted by the eluate [1.9mol/L NH_4Cl, 0.4mol/L (NH_4)_2HC_6H_5O_7]. An enrichment factor of 50 was achieved at a sampling frequency of 12 samples/hour with recoveries of 90—110% for the tap water sample. The relative standard deviation was 5.3% at the 0.2mg/L level (n=11).
