摘要
目的 :制备氢氯噻嗪亲水凝胶缓释片 ,并评价其体外释放特性。方法 :以羟丙基甲基纤维素和卡波姆为骨架材料 ,运用正交设计法 ,粉末直接压片制备氢氯噻嗪缓释片 ,并测定其释放度。结果 :正交设计获最优处方为A1B3 (R3 ) ,药物体外释放行为符合Higuchi方程。 结论 :该方法制得的缓释片具有明显的缓释效果 。
OBJECTIVE To prepare hydrochlorothiazide sustained-release tablet and to evaluate its releasing features in vitro. METHODS With HPMC and carbopol as the matrix, using the orthogonal design, the tablets were prepared by direct compression. Dissolution rate of the drug was determined. RESULTS The best prescription is A 1B 3(R 3). Releasing in vitro of R 3 accorded with Higuchi model. CONCLUSION The tablet has distinct sustained-release effect. The main influencing factor on drug release is the content of crabopol.
