摘要
目的验证改进的高效液相色谱法对分离布洛伪麻片中布洛芬和盐酸伪麻黄碱含量的准确性。方法采用色谱柱为WATERSμbondpak-CN柱(39mm×300mm,10μm),流动相为0025mol·l-1磷酸(三乙胺调节pH=40)—乙腈(6040),检测波长为215nm。结果布洛芬和盐酸伪麻黄碱本方法的回收率分别为1000%、998%;RSD分别为01%、02%(n=3);标准法的回收率为995%、997%;RSD分别为03%、02%。结论改进的方法简便,结果准确。
Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of Ibuprofen and Pseudoephedrine in Ibuprofen and Pseudoephedrine tablet Method: The chromatographic conditions of this medified HPLC were as follows: WATERS μbondpak-CN column(3 9mm×300mm, 10μm),0 025mol·l-1phosphoric acid triethylamine buffer and acetonitrile (60: 40) as mobile phase, detective wavelength at 215 nm Result: The mean recoveries of Ibuprofen and Pseudoephedrine were 100 0%,99 8%,( RSD swere 0 1%,0 2%)by this method and were 99 5%,99 7%by the standard method recommended by the ministry of health PRC Conclusion: This modified method is simple and accurate
