摘要
以羧甲基纤维素钠、丙烯酸、N ,N’ -亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为原料 ,在高浓度条件下通过自由基接枝聚合合成了高吸水树脂。分别考察了各种合成条件 ,如聚合温度、反应时间、原料浓度、原料配比、引发剂浓度等因素对高吸水树脂吸收能力的影响 ,确定了最佳合成条件。合成的高吸水树脂吸收蒸馏水高达 80 0倍左右。
The super water absorbent resin was prepared with carboxymethylcellulose, acrylic acid, N, N’- methylene bisacrylamide by means of free radical graft copolymerization. The effects of preparation conditions, such as copolymerization temperature, reaction time, concentrations of materials, proportion of materials, concentration of initiator, neutralization agent and neutralization degree, etc, on the deionized water and tap water absorbent ability of the resin were also investigated. The optimal preparation conditions were ascertained.
