CD71与IgA肾病发病机制的探讨 被引量：7

摘要 CD71,又称转铁蛋白受体 ,近来发现它在IgA肾病系膜细胞上高表达 ,而且是IgA的受体 ,在IgA沉积中可能起着关键的作用 ,因此对CD71的表达、功能和与肾病关系的探讨有助于对IgA肾病发病机制的进一步理解 ,而且给IgA肾病的诊断提供另一有力的证据 ,对IgA肾病的治疗提供一新的途径。
