摘要
介绍了悬臂筛网振动筛的结构特点。通过分析物料颗粒在筛面上的跳动透筛过程 ,建立了物料在悬臂筛网振动筛筛面筛分时的筛分效率数学模型 ,并分析了筛面倾角、振动方向角、筛棒长度和直径等各因素对筛分效率的影响 ,建立了相应的变化曲线图。
This article has introduced the cantalever vibrating screen's structures and set up the mathematics model of the materiels' efficiency according to the analysis of particles'jumping and screening process when screened on the cantalever vibrating screen.And it has also analyzed the influence of the screen's incline angle,the vibrating angle,the screen stick's length and diameter on the screening efficiency and set up the corresponding charts.
