摘要
通过工艺试验和组织分析相结合的办法 ,对半固态等温处理制备非枝晶组织YL1 1 2压铸铝合金进行了初步的研究。研究结果表明 :半固态等温热处理能有效地使YL1 1 2压铸铝合金的铸态枝晶组织转变为非枝晶组织 ,其中提高等温温度有利于合金铸态枝晶组织的熔断和粒状非枝晶组织的形成 ,而延长保温时间则有利于提高合金粒状非枝晶组织的圆整度。
The producing on YL112 die casting aluminum alloy with undendritic structure using semi-solid isothermal treatment was studied by the method of combining the technological experiment with structure analysis in the paper, and the effects of semi-solid isothermal temperature, holding time on the undendritic structure forming of YL112 die casting aluminum alloy was also analyzed. The research result indicated that the semi-solid isothermal treatment was an efficient way for making YL112 die casting aluminum alloy with undritic structure, and the forming of undendritic structure would become easy with the increasing of the semi-solid isothermal temperature or the holding time.
