On the Innovation of Teaching System and the Reconstruction of School Culture

摘要 教学制度对教学实践和教学理念以深刻的影响,是学校文化的重要组成部分,有丰富的文化内涵和价值属性。工业化以来的教学制度使教师的创造性和真情实感被遏制。随着素质教育的全面推进和课程改革的逐步推开,重建学校文化是大势所趋,教学制度创新也是必然。为此,必须重建教学观和课程观;使班级授课制具有弹性;关注学生的全面发展和教师的专业成长。 The teaching system has a deep influence on teaching practice and concepts. It is an important part of school culture and has rich cultural connotation and value feature. The teaching system since the industrialization suppressed the teachers' creativity and feelings. But with the overall development of quality education and the progressive promotion of curriculum reform, the reconstruction of school culture as well as the innovation of teaching system is unavoidable. To this end, it is necessary to re-form the views of instruction and curriculum, provide flexibility for the class teaching and show concern for the students' overall development and teachers' professional growth.
