Aug 13th this year eyes the Tai Lake Proclamation signed commonly by online education colleges in the Changjiang River Delta in Wuxi. This proclamation opens out the common share of distance education by a group of men of insight. Our correspondent witnessed the occasion and the strong desire of association for developing together. He also witnessed the hard negotiation for their own benefit, drastic collision of thinking and intellectual creation during the course towards the common share.Long time since, universities and colleges have paid a lot on online education resources and have got great achievements. However, limitation by traditional ideal and lack of common sharing rules and structure made little progress in sharing online education resources.Now the Memo of Common Share of Online Education Resources of Universities and Colleges in Changjiang River Delta notes: this common share is to set up and improve a new structure of resource sharing, policy matching, rule linking and common service m of pilot universities and colleges in Changjiang River Delta. This will help the forming of a common share on online education resources with general standard, special character and strong brand effectiveness and finally realize the accepting of credits each other.We can predict that the common share will be a multilateral game with many men of insight into the total intellectual creation. It also will be the thruster for the liberation of thought and fast development of our modern distance education.
