摘要
在 0 1mol/LHAc -NaAc缓冲溶液 (pH =4 5 4 )中 ,用循环伏安法可得到维生素B12 的两个还原峰。峰电位EP1 = - 0 4 5 8V ,EP2 =- 0 831V(vs .SCE)。实验表明 ,维生素B12 在玻碳电极上的电极过程为一受吸附控制的不可逆过程。测得还原峰的电子转移系数为 0 3,标准速率常数为ks=2 4 0s-1。用该法测定了维生素B12 针剂中维生素B12 的含量 。
In 0.1 mol/L HAc-NaAc buffer solution at pH 4.54, reduction peak of Vitamin B_(12)(VB_(12))was obtained by cyclic voltammetry. The reduction peak potentials were at -0.458V and -0.831V(vs. SCE). The experimental results indicate that the electrode process of VB_(12) on the glass carbon electrode is a irreversible process with absorption. The number of electrode transfer coefficient of reduction peak was 0.30. The rate constant of the surface electrochemical reaction was determined as k_s=2.40s^(-1).It has been applied to determination of VB_(12 )in injection.
