摘要
为了观察活络骨康丸对成骨细胞的直接刺激作用。采用酶消化法分离培养人成骨细胞 ,加入不同浓度的活络骨康丸药液 ,测定AKP、BGP、PYD的含量。结果AKP、BGP水平随药物浓度增加而升高 ,PYD反而减少 (P <0 .0 5 )。表明活络骨康丸对成骨细胞有直接刺激作用 ;
The objective of the paper is to observe the direct stimulative effect of'HUOLUO GUKANG WAN' (HLGKW, TCD pills for activating the collaterals and rehabilitating the bone) on osteoblasts. Human osteoblasts were cultivated by enzyme digestive method; different concentrations of HLGKW liquid were added to the media; and the levels of AKP, BGP and PDY were determined. The results showed that the levels of AKP and BGP were increased but the PDY level decreased with the increase of the medicine concentration (P < 0.05), suggesting that HLGKW has a direct stimulative effect on osteoblasts but an inhibiting effect on ostoclasts.
