摘要
高校德育创新要以培养学生创新素质为主线,通过建立科学健康、宽松和谐的德育管理,主辅结合、双向互动的德育途径,依据科学、有效的德育评价体系培养显示的创新素质。
The innovative work of ethic and moral education in higher learning institutions should be centered about the holistic cultivation of university students. Through building up a scientific, appropriate, flexible and harmonious ethic and moral education management environment, the approach should be interactive, and integrative. Also the assessment of innovative work should be systematic.
