摘要
在网络时代,电子期刊迅速崛起,并以其优势成为期刊发展的主流趋势,对图书馆期刊工作产生了重大影响:使期刊采访多元化、期刊编目复杂化、期刊典藏合理化、期刊服务扩大化。这对期刊馆员的综合素质提出了更高的要求,使其继续教育显得更为迫切。期刊馆员的继续教育,主要是进一步提高计算机应用技能、网络检索能力、对版权法的认识、信息知识能力、外语水平等;继续教育形式,则主要是在岗培训、学历教育与职务教育相结合、坚持开展理论研究活动等。
In the electric network age , the electronic journal is swift rises abruptly ,moreover with such preponderance becomes journal development trunk stream tendency .The great effect was come into being in the periodical work to the library : the periodical acquisition pluralityization ,the periodical catalogue complication ,the periodical reservation rationalization and the periodical service scope magnification 。The synthetical quality of periodical librarian was propose the taller demand .The continuing education for periodical librarians seems more pressing , which chiefly include enhancing computer utility skill further , network retrieval capability ,the knowledge of copyright law ,message information capability ,the foreign language level ,etc . The continuing education shape principally involve on-the-job training , record of formal schooling education one another unites against duties education ,adhering to theory research .
