To develop Xinjiang milk industry, it is necessary to made a own way of Xinjiang milk industry, including improving the quality of milk with the scientific technique, building a base of the forage grass and fodder, improving the managerial situation of the milk cow and having a characteristic brand strategy which is fit for the market and avoids the shortcomings, according to the conditions of the deferent areas, the developing level of the current milk industry and the situation of the grassland, forage grass and fodder.
