摘要
地下水库是对大气水、地表水、地下水资源在时间和空间上进行联合调度运用,以达到最大限度地充分利用水资源的一项综合性水利工程措施.文中论述了石家庄滹沱河地区建立地下水库的有利条件,即较大的储存空间、良好的渗透能力,通过初步计算和分析表明该区地下水库的调蓄库容有能力对缺水量进行调蓄,从而为调节和缓解石家庄地区水资源紧缺提供了解决的方法.
A groundwater reservoir allows to realize conjunctive use of atmospheric water, surface water and groundwater resources and it is also an integral solution to make full use of water resources. The paper describes the favorable conditions for building a solid groundwater reservoir in Hutuohe areas, close to Shijiazhuang: larger storage space and good infiltration capabilities. The preliminary calculations have shown that this reservoir has sufficient storage capacity to regulate water quantity for the demand of water shortage, in that way mitigating the contradiction of water resources shortage at Shijiazhuang areas.
