外源一氧化氮供体浸种对杏幼苗生长的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以当年收集的山杏 ( Armeniaca vulgaris Lam)杏核为材料 ,分析了外源一氧化氮 ( nitric oxide,NO)供体硝普钠 ( sodium nitroprusside,SNP)对杏幼苗生长、叶片相对含水量 ( RWC)、叶片叶绿素含量等的影响。结果表明 ,在 ( 0 ,1 ,1 0 ,1 0 0μmol/L )浓度范围内 ,SNP可促进幼苗地上部和根的生长 ,提高叶片相对含水量 ( RWC)和叶绿素含量 ,其中以 1 0 μmol/LSNP处理使幼苗生长、叶片 RWC增加的幅度最大 ,以 1 0 0 μmol/LSNP处理使幼苗叶片叶绿素含量增加的幅度最大 ,其中 1 0 μmol/L SNP处理的综合效果最好。
