摘要
针对易斜地区防斜打快问题 ,文章提出了利用单弯螺杆钻具配合转盘钻进行井斜控制的下部钻具组合设计及使用方法。采用有限元分析方法 ,建立了这种下部钻具组合的力学模型 ,利用该模型定量分析了其控制井斜的力学特性 ,从理论上分析了这种下部钻具组合控制井斜的主要影响因素 ,为优化这种钻具组合和施工参数设计提供了理论依据。在新疆油田易斜地区应用实践表明 ,这种钻具组合可在小钻压、低转速条件下有效地控制井斜 ,提高机械钻速 ,且不会影响下部钻具组合的安全 ,为在易斜地区防斜打快提供了新的方法。
Aiming to the problem of deviation control and fast penetration in easy deviation areas, the article proposes BHA design and application for deviation control by single-bending PDM with turn-plate rotary. Using finite element analysis method, the mechanical model of BHA is established. Applying the model, the mechanical characteristics of BHA to control deviation are studied quantitatively. The main affect factors of BHA to control deviation are analyzed theoretically, which provides the theoretical ground for BHA optimization and the design of working parameters. Using the BHA in the easy deviation areas of Xinjiang oil field, the results show the drill-assembly can effectively control hole deviation and improve the rate of penetration with small bit weight and low rotate speed, and will not effect BHA safety. It provides a new means for deviation control and fast penetration in easy deviation areas.
