摘要
本文在无溶剂的条件下 ,以油酸和硬脂酸组成的混合脂肪酸与季戊四醇反应合成了一种润滑剂基础油———脂肪酸季戊四醇酯 ,研究了原料配比、催化剂种类及用量、反应温度等对酯化反应的影响。最佳反应条件是 :油酸、硬脂酸、季戊四醇的摩尔比为 0 .3 5∶0 .0 5∶0 .1 2 ,磷酸三丁酯为催化剂 ,催化剂用量为反应物总量的 0 .2 0 % ,反应温度为2 2 0℃ ,反应时间为 5hr,酯化率达 96%以上 ,产品为透明的金黄色油状液体 ,其酸值较低、极压性能好 ,不经处理即可直接用作润滑剂基础油。该工艺简单 ,成本低 ,无环境污染 ,值得推广。
A Green Lubricant Base Oil: pentaerythritol fatty acid ester was prepared through the esterification of pentaerythritol with the mixture of oleic acid and stearic acid under solvent-free condition. The optimun reaction conditions were that n(oleic acid): n(stearic acid): n (pentaerythritol) = 0.35:: 0.05: :0.12(mol), with tributyl phosphate as catalyst and its dosage being 0.2% of the overall reactant weight, reaction temperature was 220℃,the yield of the ester was over 96% within 5 hours. The product obtainted was golden yellow transparent liquid oil with low acid value and good lubricating capacity, it can be used directly as lubricant base oil.
